Digital Monopoly is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing professional to join our Account Management team in Bangkok, Thailand.
The role will involve dealing our larger scale recurring clients. You will be the main point of contact for them and their marketing team to liaise as well as carrying out or organising the work to be done.
Candidate must be customer service focused
Services include but are not limited to PPC, SEO, Social Media.
2+ Years experience in Digital Marketing in a professional environment, preferably in a Customer Service/ Account Management role.
Strong knowledge, experience and the ability to use the following is necessary;
- Google Analytics.
- Google WebMaster Tools.
- SEO and its best practices
- Google AdWords PPC & Social Media PPC
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to;
- Being the main point of contact for the client(s), handling any and all issues or inquiries
- Working with the technical teams to ensure a successful and efficient campaign(s)
- Generating custom reports based on the client’s goals for the campaign(s) - Using tools such as Google Analytics, WebMaster Tools and the PPC Portals.
- Reporting results to the client(s) (daily, weekly and monthly)
- Communicating with the client(s) to ensure they are up to date with campaign plans or changes
Work permit will be provided
Competitive (negotiable) base salary plus commissions generated through upselling and cross selling services.
